We offer two tiers of membership: community and co-working. Both tiers include:
All memberships require an application (see below) and in-person interview. This process is intended to be neither exclusive nor exhaustive. Rather, it’s an opportunity to get to know prospective members, welcome them into the collective, and confirm it’s a mutual fit. If membership costs are prohibitive, we offer work/study and sliding-scale opportunities, as available. We encourage you to inquire below.
Co-Working Member
Starting at $210/month + $60 onboarding fee
Keyless mobile entry and unlimited use of facilities from 9 am - 9 pm
Annual & 4-month commitments available.
Upgraded (+$15) memberships Includes access to the conference room for phone calls, in-person & virtual meetings.
Access to all free community programming including Four Hour Retreats, Social Events etc.
Ability to purchase co-working day-passes and packages (December 2025)
15% discount on all paid programming (classes, workshops etc.)
10% off books purchased at Green Apple Books on the Park (with membership card)
Various local discounts (Luke’s Local, Sunset Gym) with membership card
Access to The Backstory Book Club
Community Member
$20/month + $60 onboarding fee
Access to all free community programming including Four Hour Retreats, Social Events etc.
Ability to purchase co-working day-passes and packages
15% discount on all paid programming (classes, workshops etc.)

Night & Weekend Member
Starting at $130/month + $60 onboarding fee
Limited use of facilities for co-working
Access from 5-9 pm on weekdays
Access on Saturday and Sunday
Access to phone booth and conference room
Access to all free community programming (social, networking, literary events etc.)
Ability to purchase co-working day-passes and packages for guests
Ability to pause membership 1 of every 12 months
15% discount on all paid programming (classes, workshops etc.)
